Trax Machinery Return Policy:
RHR Products does not accept returns of new or used machinery as each sale is considered an assigned custom-built to order machine for each specific customer. All sales are final. Cancellation of current machine builds prior to shipping can be refunded, though a restocking fee of $990 USD is deducted from the original sales receipt. If your purchase was made with a credit card, Quickbooks charges a reversal/refund fee of 3.5% that will be deducted from your total order cost. We also must deduct an extra 3.5% fee that was charged for the original transaction. Fees for your original credit card purchase were paid in full by RHR Products at the tie of your purchase. If paid via electronic check/ach, Quickbooks charges $50 reversal fee.

Quick Fish & Live Lock Return Policy:
All sales are final once tool is received by customer. If the tool arrives damaged by the carrier, please ship them back to RHR Products within 7 days for RHR Products to repair. After 7 days, the customer will be charged for repairs/parts. Original sales receipt must be direct from RHR Products, not a reseller.
